Less than 5% of detail shops make it to year 10. How have you stayed in business for 20 years?
We never say "no" to the customer. If it means working until 10 at night (and we have), we do it.
Your most memorable customer?
One of our regulars drives a black Lamborghini Murcialago with an exhaust that sounds like a jet. Auto Image is a great place to be if you're a car nut. We have a pretty amazing photo collection.
What keeps you busy off-the-job?
Spending time with my family, having three active kids takes most of my energy. I have an 11 year old-Everest, 9 year old-Kayla and 21 month old- Kaelyn plus another one on the way.
